My Story & Why ABCs 4 Muscles Was Created

I'm a former athlete, former coach, and a proud mom of a world-class athlete. I know what it feels like to push your body to its limits — the exhaustion, the soreness, the injuries. From my own journey in competitive sports to raising elite athletes in track, football and wrestling, I've experienced firsthand what intense training does to the body: bruises, surgeries, broken bones — this is all part of sport's life. But I've always believed:

You don't have to look or feel broken just because you play a tough sport.

I grew up in Aurora, Illinois — a small town with a big heart. I was blessed to be coached by one of the greats: Mr. Wilbert Walters. Imagine Coach Carter with even more grit and compassion — that's him. He isn't just a coach; he is a father figure to an entire community. He taught us hard work, discipline, respect, and the importance of giving back. His motto is simple: "Each one, Teach one."

Inspired by his legacy, I set out to create something meaningful — something that could support not just my kids, but athletes everywhere. What started as a personal journey became a mission to formulate premium recovery products that relieve soreness, calm inflammation, and help the body bounce back without sacrificing beauty or self-care.
