ABCs 4 Muscles Return Policy
At ABCs 4 Muscles, we are committed to providing high-quality recovery products designed to support athletes and active individuals.
Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or partially used products.
Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unopened and unused
- The product is in its original packaging
- The item was damaged during shipping
- The wrong item was received
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
Allergies and Skin Sensitivities
ABCs 4 Muscles products contain natural oils, botanical extracts, essential oils, and other active ingredients.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before use. We recommend performing a patch test before applying any product to larger areas of the skin.
Due to individual skin sensitivities and allergic reactions, refunds cannot be provided for reactions resulting from ingredients disclosed on our product labels or website.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Gift cards
- Promotional items
- Products purchased through third-party retailers
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.
